The Commercial and Consumer Tribunal has jurisdiction to:

Review a decision of the Board of Architects of Queensland upon application of a person:
1. whose application for registration, or renewal or restoration of registration is refused;
2. whose application for renewal or restoration of registration is not accepted under the Architects Act 2002;
3. whose registration is cancelled;
4. who makes a complaint if the board decides, to take no further action about the complaint.
Conduct disciplinary proceedings to decide whether a disciplinary ground is established.
