From 1 July 2007 the Commercial and Consumer Tribunal has jurisdiction to deal with the following Body Corporate and Community Management matters under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 and Body Corporate and Community Management and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2007 (BCCM Act):- Lot Entitlement Adjustments (Form 1KL) – section 48 of the BCCM Act.
- Complex matters (Form 1KC) – sections 129, 133, 135, 149 and 178 of the BCCM Act.
- Appeals of adjudicators’ orders (Form 1KA) – section 289 of the BCCM Act.
