Professional Engineers List
The Commercial and Consumer Tribunal has jurisdiction to:
- Review a decision of the Board of Professional Engineers of Queensland upon application of a person:
- whose application for registration, or renewal or restoration of registration is refused
- whose application for renewal or restoration of registration is not accepted under section 18(4) or 23(3) of the Professional Engineers Act 2003
- whose registration is cancelled
- who has been cautioned or reprimanded
- who makes a complaint if the board decides, under section 73(2)(d), to take no further action about the complaint.
- Conduct disciplinary proceedings to decide whether a disciplinary ground is established.
