Property Agents and Motor Dealers List
The Property Agents and Motor Dealers List has been established under the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000 to replace the Auctioneers and Agents Committee. The Tribunal has jurisdiction to conduct disciplinary proceedings against licensees and registered employees, review administrative decisions of the Chief Executive and decide claims over $10,000 against the Claim Fund.
