Residential Services Accreditation List

Under section 159 of the Residential Services (Accreditation) Act 2002 an interested person may apply to the Commercial and Consumer Tribunal to appeal the chief executive's review decision within 28 days after receiving a decision notice for a review decision.

Also, under section 157 of the Residential Services (Accreditation) Act 2002 an interested person may apply to the Tribunal to stay the operation of the chief executive's decision.
