Tourism Services List

Under section 85 of the Tourism Services Act 2003 a person who applies for registration as an inbound tour operator may apply to the Commercial and Consumer Tribunal to review the commissioner's decision to refuse to grant the registration.

A person may apply to review the commissioner's decision to:

suspend the person's registration
cancel the person's registration
refuse to renew the person's registration
impose a condition on the person's registration, or
refuse to replace the person's registration.
